1. Set Your Available Funds

Enter your starting money in the Available Funds field. This is your budget before deducting any expenses.

2. Add an Expense

Click the Add Entry button. A new row appears at the top. Enter:

• Amount (e.g., 25.00)
• Description (e.g., Grocery)
• Optionally check it off if already paid

3. Track Real-Time Totals

The calculator updates these fields automatically:

• Total Expenses – sum of all unchecked items
• Available Funds – base funds minus all checked items
• Left Over – Available Funds minus Total Expenses

4. Save & Load

• Save – Stores all entries and funds in your browser
• Previous – Reloads saved data

5. Toggle Panel

Tap the •••• button to show/hide the bottom panel (useful for small screens).

6. Show Active / All Items

Use the Show All / Active toggle to hide or show checked (paid) items.

7. Drag to Reorder

Hold an entry to drag it up/down. On mobile, hold for 0.4 seconds to enable drag.

8. Swipe to Delete

Swipe an entry left or right to remove it. Or tap the X button.

9. Customize Theme

Tap the ⚙️ gear icon at the bottom-left to change themes (Light, Dark, Blue, Pink, Green).

10. Track Pending Items

The app displays a count of how many expenses are still pending (unchecked with a value > 0).
